  • Company Information: Sojo Jewelry operates under SOJO JEWELRY, located in London, Ontario, Canada.

    Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer or to discontinue any product without prior notice.

  • Order Acceptance: Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

    Pricing: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees will be added at checkout.

  • Shipping: We offer shipping within Canada and to select international locations. Shipping times and fees vary based on location and selected shipping method. Shipping information, including tracking details, will be provided once your order has been processed.

    Delivery: While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or other external factors.

     

    Event Purchases: For purchases made at events, products are typically delivered immediately upon payment. Any returns or exchanges for event purchases must adhere to the same policy outlined below.

  • Ownership: All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the intellectual property of Sojo Jewelry and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Checkout, Payments & Shipping

  • Please read our Checkout Policy carefully before finalizing your purchase. By completing your purchase, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item for any reason, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy. This applies online and at events, for all products.

  • Payment Methods:
    We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.

     

    Order Confirmation:
    Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing your purchase. Please review this email and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

     

    Order Processing:
    Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, processing may take longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

     

    Shipping:
    We offer free shipping on orders over $200 within Canada. For orders under $200, standard shipping rates apply. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

     

    Taxes and Duties:
    Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout. For international orders, additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping Rates and Options:
    We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 within Canada. For orders under $200, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout. Expedited shipping options are also available at an additional cost.

     

    Delivery Times:

    • Standard Shipping: Typically 5-7 business days within Canada.

    • Expedited Shipping: Typically 2-3 business days within Canada.

     

    Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processes. International Shipping: We currently DO NOT offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

     

    Order Tracking:
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package’s progress.

     

    Lost or Delayed Packages:

    If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
    You may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition and packaging. Custom-made or personalized items, earrings (due to hygiene reasons), and final sale items are non-returnable unless defective.

     

    Return and Exchange Process:

    • Initiating a Return or Exchange: Contact us at [email address] with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for return shipping.

    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Sojo Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

    • Approval: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

    Refunds:

    • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

    • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

    Exchanges:

    • Availability: Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested item. If the item is out of stock, you may select another item of equal value or request a refund.

    • Exchange Shipping: We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item to you after receiving the original item.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
